1. Acceptance of Terms


By using the services of Queen’s Grooming and Boarding

("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before engaging our services.

2. Services Provided


We offer professional pet grooming and boarding services, including (but not limited to)

bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and supervised boarding.


3. Client Responsibilities


You must provide complete and accurate information about your pet(s), including known behavioral issues, health conditions, and vaccination history.

Pets must be up-to-date on all vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and parvovirus.

Pets must be in good health and free of contagious diseases and parasites.

We reserve the right to decline service if a pet exhibits aggressive, dangerous, or overly stressful behavior.


4. Health and Safety


If a medical emergency arises, we will attempt to contact you immediately.

If unreachable, you authorize us to seek veterinary care at your expense.

We are not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that occur during grooming or boarding.


5. Grooming Policies


Grooming results may vary depending on the condition and behavior of the pet.

If a pet's coat is severely matted, it may be necessary to shave the coat for the animal’s comfort and safety.

Additional charges may apply for mat removal.

We are not liable for minor nicks, cuts, or irritation caused by grooming difficult or severely matted pets.


6. Boarding Policies


Drop-off and pick-up times must be scheduled in advance.

If a pet is not picked up by the agreed time without prior arrangement, additional boarding charges may apply.

Personal items brought for boarding (toys, beds, etc.) are the owner's responsibility.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.


7. Payment Terms


Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

We accept [list payment methods, e.g., cash, credit card, debit card].

A deposit may be required for long-term boarding reservations or large grooming appointments.


8. Cancellations and No-Shows


We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

No-show appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.


9. Liability Release


You agree to hold Queen’s Grooming and Boarding, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any liability, financial or otherwise, for injuries or illnesses suffered by your pet while in our care, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.


10. Photographs and Social Media


You consent to allow us to photograph your pet for marketing, advertising, and social media purposes.

If you prefer not to have your pet’s photos used, please inform us in writing.


11. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted and will take effect immediately.
